研究目的:明确低收入国家常规项目实施期间接受诊疗的儿童及青少年的免疫学结局、病毒学结局与药物耐药性状况。 研究方法:本研究为横断面评估,针对0岁及以上儿童采集临床与实验室数据。 研究结果:本研究共评估599名儿童及青少年的相关数据。入组受试者就诊时CD4细胞计数及CD4百分比均偏低;青少年的基线CD4百分比中位数低于儿童(11.0% vs. 15.0%,P值)。 研究结论:在针对儿童及青少年开展人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)诊疗的常规项目实施过程中,抗反转录病毒治疗(Antiretroviral Therapy,ART)启动时机延迟,会对免疫学恢复、生长发育及病毒学结局产生长期影响。
