In dieser Arbeit werden in einem ersten Schritt die klientenbezogenen, institutionellen, organisationalen und auch gesellschaftlichen Einflussgrößen für die mögliche Entwicklung einer ‚déformation professionelle‘ von Therapeuten in Autismustherapiezentren mehrperspektivisch betrachtet. Im Weiteren geht es dann um die Bedeutung von Supervision in der Prophylaxe, Bewusstmachung und im Umgang mit dem Phänomen der beruflichen Deformation. Die Darstellung unterschiedlicher supervisorischer Interventionen schließen die Ausführungen ab. Grundlage bilden sozialpsychologische Erkenntnisse und Modelle der Integrativen Supervision. This paper presents a multi-perspective view on the possible development of ‚déformation professionelle‘ of therapists in autismtherapycentres, while deriving possible client-oriented, institutional, organizational and societal influencing factors. Subsequently the importance of supervision for the prophylaxis, raising of awareness and the dealing with the phenomena of the professional deformation is pointed out.
