Data and analysis scripts for "Conformational and molecular interactions of small molecules targeting the SAM-I riboswitch"

Note: New changes to the previous SAMC system files. The files are part of the simulations for the SAM-I Riboswitch RNA. The dataset contains: Molecular dynamics trajectories (xtc) and structural files (pdb) for five RNA-ligand systems (with 5 replicas each) tpr files (with and without water molecules) Analysis scripts for Rg, RMSD, RMSF, COM, H-Bond (occupancy and time series), pi-stacking and distance of sulfur analysis备注：此前SAMC系统文件的更新内容。 本数据集文件为SAM-I核糖开关RNA（SAM-I Riboswitch RNA）模拟研究的组成部分。 本数据集包含以下内容： 针对5个RNA-配体体系（每个体系含5次重复实验）的分子动力学轨迹文件（xtc格式）与结构文件（pdb格式）； 包含与不含水分子的tpr格式文件； 用于回转半径（Radius of Gyration, Rg）、均方根偏差（Root Mean Square Deviation, RMSD）、均方根波动（Root Mean Square Fluctuation, RMSF）、质心（Center of Mass, COM）、氢键（Hydrogen Bond, H-Bond，含占有率与时间序列分析）、π堆积以及硫原子距离分析的脚本文件。
