数字信息空间中中文的国际形象：抖音评论的文本分析

作为现代社会信息传播最重要的渠道之一，短视频平台在塑造和传播语言形象方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。 当前研究主要聚焦于推测性讨论，少数实证研究探讨数字信息空间中汉语（IICL）的国际形象。 针对这一空白，本研究利用Python收集高互动TikTok视频中的评论作为研究数据。 随后，采用LDA主题模型和TextBlob情感分析等定量方法，识别IICL的五个关键主题：语言结构、学习体验、社会互动、实用价值和政治文化方面。 研究结果显示，国际观众情绪倾向于中性至积极，且全球对中文的接受度正在提升。 此外，定性内容分析表明，受众因素、监管影响和刺激共同塑造了对汉语的主要和次级认知，逐步构建出一个日益深入全球文化理解的多维形象。 最后，研究提出了优化数字信息空间IICL的建议。As one of the most important channels for information dissemination in modern society, short-video platforms play an indispensable role in shaping and disseminating language images. Existing research has mostly focused on speculative discussions, with only a handful of empirical studies exploring the international image of Chinese language (IICL) in the digital information space. To address this research gap, this study collected comments from high-engagement TikTok videos using Python as its research dataset. Subsequently, quantitative methods including the LDA topic model and TextBlob sentiment analysis were adopted to identify five core themes of IICL: linguistic structure, learning experience, social interaction, practical value, and political and cultural dimensions. The research findings indicate that international audiences' sentiments tend to be neutral to positive, and global acceptance of the Chinese language is on the rise. Furthermore, qualitative content analysis reveals that audience factors, regulatory influences, and stimuli jointly shape the primary and secondary perceptions of the Chinese language, gradually building a multi-dimensional image that enhances global cultural understanding. Finally, this study proposes recommendations for optimizing the IICL in the digital information space.
