All raw data used in the research. Every file includes a data struct array created in Matlab. Each entry in the array is a group with the flowing sub fields: x,y: NxT matrix representing position of fish over time body_angle: NxT matrix with fish headingd direction in clockwise degrees from the y axis. states: NxT matrix with entries representing kinematic state 1-acceleration, 2-deceleration, 3 - constant speed, 4 - immobile. tail_angle (only for 60dpf): NxT matrix with the angle of the tip of the tail from the body axis of the fish. Positive angles are rightward deflections and negative leftwards.
