ACT-3/CF draft MAGs 2021 (fasta)

14 draft Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs) from the ACT-3/CF culture, in FASTA format, as assembled by hybridSPADES.Contig names correspond with NCBI accessions where appropriate, but smaller contigs that were filtered from NCBI upload are also included in these bins, named ACT3CF_000000XXXXXX.

本数据集包含14份来自ACT-3/CF培养物的宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome Assembled Genomes, MAGs）草稿序列，采用FASTA格式存储，由hybridSPADES组装得到。符合规范时，重叠群（Contig）名称将匹配NCBI登录号；而从NCBI上传文件中过滤去除的较小重叠群也被纳入这些分箱中，其命名格式为ACT3CF_000000XXXXXX。
