sgRNA target and scar sequencing for tandem GPC gene circuit

Tandem Gene Perturbation Cassette gene circuit enables sequential expression of multiple genes at specific time points of interest. The Next Generation Sequencing data contains sequences of genomic DNA flanking the sgRNA target sequence to assess sequential indel mutations in genomic loci: APC, MLH1, SMAD4 and TP53. The data also contains the "scar sequence" flanking the recombinase recognition sites of the gene circuit.
