Data for: Plasma Levels of Trace Elements and Risk of Chronic Kidney Disease in the Elderly (≥90 Years Old) in China

The database were from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Study (CLHLS), which is an ongoing perspective survey conducted in longevity areas in China. The details of this survey have been described in a previous work 18. The data used in this study were obtained from the fifth wave of the CLHLS conducted in 2009 because this wave was the first to conduct detailed health exams and collect biosamples, in addition to interviews, similar to other surveys. A total of 461 elderly people aged ≥90 years from Xiayi County of Henan Province, Sanshui District of Guangdong Province, Zhongxiang City of Hubei Province, Yongfu County of Guangxi Province, and Mayang County of Hunan Province were included in this study.

本研究数据集来源于中国老年健康与长寿追踪调查（Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Study, CLHLS），该调查是一项在中国长寿地区开展的持续性前瞻性追踪调查。该调查的详细方案已在既往研究文献[18]中予以说明。本研究所用数据取自2009年开展的第五轮CLHLS，该轮调查首次在访谈之外增设了详细健康检查与生物样本采集环节，与其他同类调查的常规设置一致。本研究最终纳入来自河南省夏邑县、广东省三水区、湖北省钟祥市、广西永福县以及湖南省麻阳县的461名年龄≥90岁的老年受试者。
