MicroED datasets of benzoyl(ItBu)(8-quinolinolate)nickel were collected using Glacios (200 kV) with the CMOS camera Ceta. The stage was controlled using TedUI and diffraction images were independently collected using Velox software. For this reason, only frames with constant rotation speed should be used for data processing. Rotation step (continuous) was ~0.78°/frame and tilt range was 30°. The calibrated camera length using Au powder was 765.77 mm. Crystals belonged to space group <em>P</em>ca21 with a~16.52, b~15.16, c~21.72 Å, α=90.0, β=90.0, γ=90.0°. Finally 40 datasets were merged at ~0.85 Å resolution (Doi et al., 2021; CCDC 2044173). Collection conditions 200925: gun lens 5, spot 11, C2: parallel beam condition, 0.01 e/A^2/sec, total 0.8 e/A^2 Note: EMD file can be processed with DIALS using this dxtbx format file.
苯甲酰(ItBu)(8-喹啉醇)合镍的微电子衍射(Micro-Electron Diffraction, MicroED)数据集采用200 kV级Glacios透射电镜及CMOS相机Ceta完成采集。载物台由TedUI控制,衍射图像通过Velox软件独立采集。因此,仅可选取转速恒定的图像帧用于数据处理。连续旋转步长约为0.78°/帧,倾斜范围为30°。通过金粉标定得到的相机长度为765.77 mm。该晶体所属空间群为Pca21,晶胞参数为a≈16.52、b≈15.16、c≈21.72 Å,α=90.0°、β=90.0°、γ=90.0°。最终合并得到40组数据集,分辨率可达~0.85 Å(Doi等,2021;剑桥晶体学数据中心(Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre, CCDC)编号2044173)。本次采集的参数编号为200925:电子枪透镜5档,光斑11档,C2镜设置为平行束模式,束流密度为0.01 e/Ų/秒,总电子剂量为0.8 e/Ų。注:可使用该dxtbx格式文件配合DIALS软件处理EMD文件。
