To better understand the market demand for baby strollers across different regions, this study collected and calculated the price elasticity of demand data for baby strollers. Specifically, monthly demand and price data of baby strollers were collected, and the price elasticity of demand for baby strollers was derived accordingly. If the ratio of the change in quantity demanded of baby strollers is greater than the ratio of the change in price, the demand for baby strollers is considered price-elastic, indicating that customers are more sensitive to price fluctuations: the greater the elasticity, the more sensitive demand is to price changes. All enterprises in this industry can appropriately lower the prices of baby strollers to achieve higher revenues. Conversely, if the demand for baby strollers is price-inelastic, all enterprises in the industry can appropriately raise the prices of baby strollers to gain more revenue. This dataset holds significant importance for the marketing decision-making of all enterprises in the baby stroller industry.

1. Data Collection: Collect demand and price data of target baby strollers for each month, and organize and aggregate the data by region to obtain the changes in quantity demanded and price of the baby strollers across different regions.

2. Algorithm Rules: Calculate the demand elasticity coefficient using the following formula:

3. Data Analysis: Analyze the price elasticity of demand for baby strollers based on the value of $|E_d|$:
(1) $0 < |E_d| < 1$ (price-inelastic demand): indicates that the magnitude of change in quantity demanded is smaller than that of price change;
(2) $|E_d| = 1$ (unitary price elasticity of demand): indicates that the magnitude of change in quantity demanded is the same as that of price change, meaning that for every 1% increase or decrease in price, the quantity demanded will decrease or increase by 1% correspondingly;
(3) $|E_d| > 1$ (price-elastic demand): indicates that the magnitude of change in quantity demanded is greater than that of price change.
