Microbiological Data: Pathogen-Inoculated and Non-Inoculated Tomatoes

Data file contains raw and log-transformed microbiological data for tomato skin samples prepared and inoculated with bacterial pathogens or left untreated. Data are presented in log CFU/cm^2 in a column format suitable for importing into JMP or other statistics analysis software. Data were generated by research experiments supported by USDA-NIFA.
