VPRS 13425 Permanent Way Renewals, Way and Works Branch

The Way and Works Branch, Maintenance Section created this series to keep a record of renewal of permanent way on railway lines. The information recorded includes location of the line (runs from and to), date the line was opened and closed, mileages from and to, rails laid, lineal yards of single track, points used, crossings used, sleepers and ballast.

本数据集由维护科线路工程分部编制，用于记录铁路永久线路（permanent way）的更新工程情况。所记录的信息包括：线路起止位置（运行起讫点）、线路开通与停运日期、起止里程、铺设钢轨情况、单线轨道延码数、使用的道岔（points）、使用的平交道口（crossings）以及轨枕与道砟。
