1、数据采集:从直播后台获取近一年内(2024年9月1日-2025年8月31日)直播观众的性别、年龄信息,结合直播场次数据,采集每场直播的触达用户性别、年龄分布状况;
2、数据处理:1)按“日期”(按月或季度聚合)和“产品类型”对观众数据进行分组;2)根据每场直播的男性人数占比和女性人数占比统计性别比;3)将用户年龄划分为预设区间(如18-24、25-30、31-40等),统计各区间人数并计算“年龄区间分布占比”;4)识别各分组中占比最高的年龄区间及其“年龄区间分布最高占比”,以及占比最低的区间与“年龄区间分布最低占比”;
3、数据应用:输出结构化的人群特征分析结果,支持按时间周期和产品类别进行受众结构对比,为年度营销复盘、下一年度用户运营规划及产品策略调整提供数据支撑。

Data Collection: Obtain the gender and age information of live stream viewers from the live stream backend within the recent one year (September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025), and combine with live stream session data to collect the gender and age distribution of users reached by each live stream session;
2. Data Processing: 1) Group the viewer data by "date" (aggregated by month or quarter) and "product type"; 2) Calculate the gender ratio based on the proportion of male and female users in each live stream session; 3) Divide user ages into preset intervals (e.g., 18-24, 25-30, 31-40, etc.), count the number of users in each interval, and calculate the "age interval distribution proportion"; 4) Identify the age interval with the highest proportion and its "highest age interval distribution proportion", as well as the interval with the lowest proportion and its "lowest age interval distribution proportion" in each group;
3. Data Application: Output structured population characteristic analysis results, which support comparison of audience structures according to time cycles and product categories, and provide data support for annual marketing review, next-year user operation planning and product strategy adjustment.
