Y-chromosome Haplogroup J-M172 subclades update with primary SNPs (List, Dataset)

Combined J2 Phylogeny from almost all available public and DTC sources. Included are ca. 240 informative subclades (pre Middle Age) as well as more recent haplogroups (low-diversity/Middle Age or Clans/Surnames). The phylogeny is available as Tree with primary SNPs (searchable PDF) and Spreadsheet with details for the selected primary SNPs. <br>This data is an output of the constantly updated online J2-M172 Research Tree simplified which is based on the J2-M172_spreadsheet. This citizen science research is done voluntarily by the author with the support of many others in the J2-M172 Haplogroup research and affiliated research. <br>ISOGG J-Haplogroup update submissions are planned to be based on this work and include equivalent SNPs.本数据集整合了几乎所有公开渠道及直接面向消费者（Direct-to-Consumer，DTC）基因检测来源的J2系统发育树。其中包含约240个信息性中世纪前亚分支，以及近期单倍群（低多样性/中世纪时期或家族/姓氏关联单倍群）。该系统发育树可通过两种形式获取：搭载核心单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）的可检索PDF格式树形文件，以及包含选定核心SNP详细信息的电子表格文件。 本数据集源自持续更新的简化版在线J2-M172研究树，其构建依托J2-M172电子表格数据集。此项公民科学研究由作者自愿开展，并得到了J2-M172单倍群研究领域及相关协作研究中众多同仁的支持。 国际遗传谱系学会（International Society of Genetic Genealogy，ISOGG）的J单倍群更新提交工作计划以本研究为基准，并将纳入等效的SNP位点。
