Synthesis and Cross-Coupling of Sulfonamidomethyltrifluoroborates

Sulfonamidomethyltrifluoroborates were successfully synthesized and cross-coupled with a wide range of aryl and heteroaryl chlorides, allowing the construction of a sulfonamidomethyl aryl linkage through a new disconnection, thus offering a new way to access such structurally interesting motifs.磺酰胺甲基三氟硼酸盐（Sulfonamidomethyltrifluoroborates）已成功合成，其可与多种芳基及杂芳基氯化物发生交叉偶联反应，通过全新的合成切断法构建磺酰胺甲基芳基连接键，从而为获取这类结构新颖的特征骨架提供了全新途径。
