LV NSCs Carbachol Versus Control

This dataset comprises RNA-seq data collected from subventricular zone neural stem cells (SVZ NSCs) cultured freshly in proliferation media, following a 24-hour incubation period with carbachol (an acetylcholine agonist) compared to a control group. The purpose of this experiment is to examine the cholinergic influence on the proliferation activity of neural stem cells located in the lateral ventricle.
