DeepShape

hg19.EP_HelT_MGW_ProT_Roll.hdf5.gz: Multi-feature hdf5 DNA shape file for use with the DeepShape deep learning model. Five shape features: minor groove width (MGW), helical twist (HelT), propeller twist (ProT), roll, and electrostatic potential (EP).
