Proasellus_coxalis_trinity_assembly

<i>De novo </i>transcriptome of isopod species <i>Proasellus coxalis</i> (Asellidae). Animals were flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was isolated using a spin column-based commercial kit and RNA was additionally DNase treated. RNA from 3 individuals were equimolary pooled for library prep. A bead-based, poly(A) selection kit was used for the preparation of the libraries and the sequencing was carried out on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with read length of 2x150 bb. The raw full-length reads were deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive with the BioProject accession number PRJNA1056448 (Biosamples SAMN39098619, SAMN39098620, SAMN39098621). Species-specific<i> de novo </i>transcriptome was generated using Trinity software.<br>等足目物种原棒鳃水虱（Proasellus coxalis，隶属于水虱科Asellidae）的从头（de novo）转录组数据集。实验所用个体经液氮快速冷冻处理；总RNA通过基于离心柱的商用试剂盒提取，并额外进行了DNase消化处理。取3个个体的总RNA按摩尔浓度等量混合以进行文库构建；文库制备采用基于磁珠的poly(A)富集试剂盒，测序在Illumina NovaSeq 6000平台上完成，读长为2×150碱基对。原始全长测序读段已提交至NCBI序列读取档案库（Sequence Read Archive），其BioProject登录号为PRJNA1056448，对应的生物样品登录号分别为SAMN39098619、SAMN39098620与SAMN39098621。本研究利用Trinity软件构建了该物种专属的从头转录组。
