This project contains human raw sequence reads for multiplexed targeted high-throughput sequencing (utilizing IDT's rhAMPseq technology) of CD3d SCID patient samples treated with sgRNA and ABEmax-NRTH mRNA to validate off-target adenine base editing. These data will help our group identify the safety of the sgRNA being tested for an ex vivo autologous gene therapy.
