Crop Prices and Deforestation in the Tropics

We provide the stata files that allow to reproduce the results presented in the paper<br> "Crop Prices and Deforestation in the Tropics" by Nicolas Berman, Mathieu Couttenier, Raphaël Soubeyran and Antoine Leblois. The replication folder contains three files:<br> 1- *.dta file: database<br> 2- *.do file: do-file containing the codes to replicate the results (figures and tables)<br> 3- *.csv file: data needed to produce a map of the initial forest cover (in 2000). Stata software was used for this work.我们提供可复现论文《热带地区作物价格与森林砍伐》（作者为Nicolas Berman、Mathieu Couttenier、Raphaël Soubeyran及Antoine Leblois）中展示结果的Stata数据文件。 本复现文件夹包含三类文件： 1. *.dta文件：研究数据库 2. *.do文件：包含复现论文图表与表格结果的代码脚本 3. *.csv文件：用于绘制2000年初始森林覆盖范围地图所需的数据 本研究采用Stata软件完成。
