User-based evaluation of the municipal services for children and adolescents with psychological problems 2004, 2007

The project is part of the evaluation of an escalation plan for mental health. The sentral objective is to study how users with mental problems experience cooperation and coordination between different service-providers and agencies. The following questions are sought answered:

• How do users experience the cooperation between different agencies and service providers?
- To what extent are the users content with the coordination of services?
- Do users feel that they are included as collaboration partners?
- Are users more satisfied with the cooperation over time?

• What other aspect with the service supply are the users more or less pleased with?
- Is user satisfaction related to demographic conditions?
- Is user satisfaction related to contextual conditions by the services?
- Are users in general more satisfied with the municipal service supply over time?

The dataset consists of six files. Three files with data collected in 2004, and three files with data collected in 2007. These are the following:
