Data for cell experimental validation, including Preliminary concentration screening (IC50 and Csafe), APAP-induced HepG2 injury model establishment and cytoprotective effects of compounds, and Comprehensive hepatoprotective efficacy evaluation.Experimental groups included: (1) vehicle control (0.1% DMSO), (2) APAP model group, (3) APAP + beta-sitosterol co-treatment group, (4) APAP + luteolin co-treatment group, (5) APAP + kaempferol co-treatment group, and (6) APAP + quercetin co-treatment group.
