2000–2020年中国陆地生态系统年总初级生产力数据集

基于ChinaFLUX的长期联网观测数据和公开的数据集，构建了中国陆地生态系统AGPP数据集，并结合生物、气候和土壤因素，利用随机森林回归树通过模拟单位叶面积的AGPP构建了中国AGPP评估模型，生成了2000–2020年中国陆地生态系统AGPP数据，空间分辨率为30arcsecond，数据格式为tiff。本数据集包括1个站点观测的AGPP数据集及21个区域AGPP数据。站点观测的AGPP数据集共有166个站点872个站点年观测结果，由20列组成，包括站点名称、生态系统类型、观测年份、AGPP数值、气候土壤生物变量、参考文献等。

Based on the long-term networked observation data and public datasets from ChinaFLUX, we constructed the China Terrestrial Ecosystem AGPP Dataset. Combining biological, climatic and edaphic factors, we developed the China AGPP assessment model by simulating AGPP per unit leaf area using Random Forest regression trees, and generated the AGPP data of China's terrestrial ecosystems spanning 2000 to 2020, with a spatial resolution of 30 arcseconds and a data format of TIFF. This dataset includes one site-observed AGPP dataset and 21 regional AGPP datasets. The site-observed AGPP dataset covers 166 sites with 872 site-years of observational results, and comprises 20 columns covering site name, ecosystem type, observation year, AGPP value, climatic, edaphic and biological variables, references and other relevant information.
