ZIP-file of fluorescent 3D image stacks of bioreactor lung cancer cell co-cultures (NF) treated with docetaxel

ZIP-file containing confocal image stacks from NCI-H1437 (RFP) 3D co-cultures (Normal Fibroblasts, GFP) embedded in alginate capsules and grown in a stirred tank bioreactor. The cultures are treated with docetaxel. Images are 16-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the RFP, GFP, and EdU channel. The pixelsizes are ( 1.4 x 1.4 x 1 ) micron for 10x magnification images and ( 0.7 x 0.7 x 1 ) micron for 20x magnification images. Images are in (OME.)TIF-format, where OME.TIF-images contain metadata which can be extracted by e.g. the Bioformats ImageJ plugin.本数据集为ZIP压缩包，包含来自NCI-H1437（红色荧光蛋白，RFP）与正常成纤维细胞（绿色荧光蛋白，GFP）三维共培养体系的共聚焦图像栈（confocal image stacks）。该共培养体系被包埋于海藻酸盐微胶囊中，于搅拌式生物反应器内培养，并经多西他赛处理。所有图像均为16位多通道图像栈，涵盖RFP、GFP及EdU三个成像通道。10倍放大倍率下采集的图像像素尺寸为1.4×1.4×1微米，20倍放大倍率下采集的图像像素尺寸为0.7×0.7×1微米。图像采用（OME.）TIF格式存储，其中OME.TIF格式图像包含元数据，可通过Bioformats ImageJ插件等工具提取。
