2023 survey of expectations and satisfaction of users of the Citizen Care Service of the Basque Government (Zuzenean)

The objective of the Voice of Citizenship Measurement Model is to maintain a continuous conversational state with citizens to develop improvement actions that will be measured later based on the perception of citizens themselves and what they expect from the service.公民之声测评模型（Voice of Citizenship Measurement Model）的目标是与公民保持持续对话，以制定改进举措；后续将基于公民自身的感知及其对服务的期望，对这些改进举措进行成效评估。
