SI 1001 Approaches to Newcastle, NSW (HIPP) Bathymetry Acquisition (20200023S)

The Approaches to Newcastle bathymetry survey was acquired for the Australian Hydrographic Office (AHO) onboard the MV Offshore Guardian during the period 4 Dec 2020 – 15 Jan 2021. This was a contracted survey conducted for the Australian Hydrographic Office by Guardian Geomatics as part of the Hydroscheme Industry Partnership Program. The survey area encompases an area east of Approaches to Newcastle NSW. Bathymetry data was acquired using a Kongsberg EM 2040-07, and processed using Caris Hips & Sips processing software. The dataset was then exported as a 30m resolution, 32 bit floating point GeoTIFF grid of the survey area.This dataset is not to be used for navigational purposes.

纽卡斯尔进港航道水深测量项目由澳大利亚水文局（Australian Hydrographic Office, AHO）委托，于2020年12月4日至2021年1月15日期间，在MV‘海上守护者号’（MV Offshore Guardian）上开展作业。本次测量为Guardian Geomatics受澳大利亚水文局委托承接的外包项目，系水文计划行业伙伴计划（Hydroscheme Industry Partnership Program）的组成部分。测量范围覆盖新南威尔士州纽卡斯尔进港航道东侧海域。水深数据采用康斯伯格（Kongsberg）EM 2040-07多波束测深系统采集，并通过Caris HIPS & SIPS处理软件进行后处理。最终数据集以30米分辨率、32位浮点型GeoTIFF网格格式导出，涵盖整个测量区域。本数据集不得用于航海导航用途。
