Four native varieties of bitter potatoes were used to analyze mineral concentration in fresh and cooked tubers. Mineral concentrations in these tubers were determined using the spectrophotometry method. Treatments included white and black chuño from Huancavelica, as well as tubers from Puno. The experiment was conducted under a completely randomized design.
本研究选取4个本土苦马铃薯品种,对新鲜块茎与蒸煮块茎的矿物质含量进行分析。供试块茎的矿物质含量采用分光光度法测定。试验处理包含来自万卡韦利卡地区的白色、黑色丘努(chuño)样品,以及来自普诺地区的马铃薯块茎。本试验采用完全随机设计开展。
