资源简介:
An investigation of how adults choose to learn, by interviewing 13 adults in Australia over two years. Adults do not always consider their earlier learning choices and do not always make rational learning choices, leading to problems with adult learning provision and promotion by policy makers and institutions. Understanding learning choice making is perspective dependent and transient to the learning choice maker. Learning engagement takes many forms not apparent to the learner and those making judgements, consequentially affecting the welfare of people. I developed the Learning Choice Tracker (which shows categorised personal learning histories) to clarify, consolidate, and develop understanding.
