To explore the application value of conventional ultrasound and shear wave elastography (SWE) in the acute primary angle-closure glaucoma (APACG).A group of APACG patients was collected as the study group and the control group. All subjects underwent two-dimensional ultrasound for measuring optic nerve diameter (OND), color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) for evaluating blood flow in the central retinal artery (CRA), and SWE for measuring the elasticity of the optic nerve and adipose tissue (AT), as well as the elasticity ratio between them. Parameters were compared among the three groups.

为探讨常规超声(conventional ultrasound)与剪切波弹性成像(shear wave elastography, SWE)在急性原发性闭角型青光眼(acute primary angle-closure glaucoma, APACG)中的应用价值,本研究纳入APACG患者作为研究组并设置对照组。所有受试者均接受二维超声检查以测量视神经直径(optic nerve diameter, OND),采用彩色多普勒血流成像(color Doppler flow imaging, CDFI)评估视网膜中央动脉(central retinal artery, CRA)的血流状态,通过SWE检测视神经与脂肪组织(adipose tissue, AT)的弹性并计算二者的弹性比值,最终对三组受试者的各项检测参数进行比较分析。
