Supplementary Data accompanying: "Raptors avoid the confusion effect by targeting fixed points in dense aerial prey aggregations"

This archive contains all of the custom-written MATLAB scripts, functions, and workspace files supplied as Supplementary Data accompanying the paper:

"Steering clear of the confusion effect: aerial predators target fixed points in dense prey aggregations" by Caroline H. Brighton, Laura N. Kloepper, Lucy Larkman, Lillias Zusi, Kathryn McGowan, Graham K. Taylor

as described in the README.txt. The remaining files are contained within the zipped folder Brighton_et_al.zip, together with the set of checkerboard images used for single camera calibration, and the results of all of the guidance simulations contained in the spreadsheet simulation_data.xlsx.
