Carbendazim

The aim of this work was to evaluate carbendazim metabolites in zebrafish water tank using liquid chromatography coupled to a high-resolution mass spectrometer (LC-HRMS) and metabolomics approach to highlight analytical targets in order to monitor carbendazim exposure in aquatic environments. For this purpose, treatment, negative and stability groups were defined. In addition, water samples were collected from the tanks and analyses were carried out by LC-HRMS. Finally, the data were submitted to statistical analysis using the global metabolomics approach. The results allowed the putative annotation of 7 target metabolites and untargeted metabolite assignments.

本研究旨在采用液相色谱-高分辨质谱联用技术（LC-HRMS）与代谢组学方法，对斑马鱼养殖水槽水体中的多菌灵代谢物进行分析，以明确潜在分析靶标，进而实现水环境中多菌灵暴露的监测。为此，本研究设置了处理组、阴性对照组与稳定性对照组。此外，从各养殖水槽采集水体样品，并采用LC-HRMS完成分析检测。最后，采用全局代谢组学方法对所得数据开展统计学分析。研究结果成功实现了7种目标代谢物的推定注释，以及非靶向代谢物的定性分析。
