Methylation of immune-related genes in peripheral blood leukocytes and breast cancer

genes play crucial roles in the BC development and progression. A case–control study was conducted using
MethylTarget sequencing to explore the relationship between the methylation
levels of <i>PSMC1</i>, <i>SPPL3</i>, <i>CARD11</i>, <i>PSMB8</i> and <i>NCF2</i> and BC risk.

异常DNA甲基化（DNA methylation）与乳腺癌（breast cancer, BC）的发生发展密切相关。免疫相关基因在乳腺癌的发生发展进程中发挥关键作用。本研究采用MethylTarget测序技术开展一项病例对照研究，以探究PSMC1、SPPL3、CARD11、PSMB8及NCF2的甲基化水平与乳腺癌患病风险之间的关联。
