Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) study of elongatoolithid eggs from China with microstructural and parataxonomic implications

There is a .rar file and a supplementary material PDF.The .rar file contains Folder 1 to 8 and a .xlsx file.Folder 1 contains all manuscript figures and separated images.Folder 2 to 8 are ordered in same structure. Each folder includes a raw EBSD data folder and a supplementary figures folder.   -The raw EBSD data can be opened with Channel 5 software by openning the *.crc file in each folder. *.sub files of each specimen are also saved with the *.crc file. *.oip files can be opened with Zeiss Aztec software, then the data can be output with any format needed.   -The supplementary figures folders includes all supplementary figures and correlated original images and data.The .xlsx file 9 contains the correlated misorientation of seven eggshells.

本数据集包含一个RAR压缩文件与一份补充材料PDF文档。该RAR压缩文件内包含文件夹1至8以及一个XLSX格式文件。文件夹1收纳所有稿件配图与分离后的独立图像。文件夹2至8采用完全统一的目录结构，每个文件夹均包含一个原始电子背散射衍射（Electron Backscatter Diffraction，简称EBSD）数据文件夹与一个补充配图文件夹。
- 原始EBSD数据可通过Channel 5软件打开各文件夹内的*.crc格式文件进行读取；每个试样对应的*.sub文件均与*.crc文件一同存储。*.oip格式文件可使用Zeiss Aztec软件打开，随后可按需导出为任意所需格式的数据。
- 补充配图文件夹收纳全部补充配图及其关联的原始图像与配套数据。该XLSX文件收录了7枚蛋壳的关联取向差数据。
