Female_LBS_df_anon.txt

Data frame including: individual IDs (anonymized, Code_anon), number of offspring (LBS), the mother ID (again anonymized, MumCode_anon), year the individual was born and chromosome-specific inbreeding coefficients for 33 autosomal chromosomes. This data was compiled as part of the Isle of Rum red deer project. Please see the figshare project description if you wish to use this dataset.
