Transcriptome and metabolome analysis of Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto on Glycine max

In this study, we conducted RNA-seq analysis targeting Bacillus subtilis with natto which were cultured on two Glycine max species (yellow and blue soybeans) and metabolome analysis targeting natto (Glycine max species (yellow and blue soybeans) fermented by Bacillus subtilis natto. In RNA-seq, the bacteria were collected at the growth phases. In metabolome analysis, the natto were sampled 48 hours after inoculation of B. subtilis subsp. natto.
