Single-cell Sequencing of Mouse Liver

This dataset comprises single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data derived from the livers of mice in both the ACLF (Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure) model group and a normal control group. The ACLF mouse model was established following established protocols in the literature. By performing single-cell capture and sequencing of liver cells from both groups, we have constructed a high-resolution atlas of the hepatic microenvironment. This work provides a fundamental data resource for elucidating the pathological mechanisms of ACLF and identifying potential therapeutic targets.

本数据集包含来自慢加急性肝衰竭（Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure，ACLF）模型组与正常对照组小鼠肝脏的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-seq）数据。本研究参照已发表文献中的标准实验方案构建ACLF小鼠模型，通过对两组小鼠的肝脏细胞进行单细胞捕获与测序，成功构建了高分辨率的肝脏微环境图谱。本数据集为阐明ACLF的病理机制、筛选潜在治疗靶点提供了重要的基础数据资源。
