The purpose of this research is to investigate the productivity of cement industry by analizing customer needs. The design of this study used interviews and data collection through questionnaires at various manager levels in three national cement companies in Indonesia in 2017. Data analysis method using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP combined with the implementation of FGD. The result of this analysis on the attributes of customer needs shows that the most appropriate strategy is differentiation. The practical implication of this research is that improvements in the production line with efficiency.

本研究旨在通过分析客户需求,探究水泥行业的生产效能。本研究于2017年开展,以印度尼西亚三家国有水泥企业的各层级管理人员为调研对象,通过访谈与问卷调查完成数据采集。数据分析环节采用层次分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP)结合焦点小组讨论(Focus Group Discussion,FGD)的方法。针对客户需求属性的分析结果显示,最优适配战略为差异化战略。本研究的实践价值在于,可通过优化生产线以提升生产效率。
