In vivo analysis of function of pulmonary pericytes

RNA-seq libraries generated from pulmonary pericytes expressing PdgfrbCreERT2 control or Yap1;Wwtr1 double floxed allele using the Ribotag allele to understand the function and identity of pericytes. Overall design: Lungs were extraced from 3 mice (P8) PdgfrbCreERT2;Yap1+/-;Wwtr1+/-;Ribotag or PdgfrbCreERT2;Yap1-/-;Wwtr1/-;Ribotag mice. After homogenization, RNA was purified from pericyte-specific ribosome-associated RNA precipitated via a hemagglutinin (HA) tag.
