Supporting data for the article "Charge-Induced Artifacts in Nonlocal Spin-Transport Measurements: How to Prevent Spurious Voltage Signals" If the design files are used to reproduce the current source, we ask to cite the peer-reviewed publication of our work in any publication in which the adjustable virtual ground feature is used for measurements. We provide the following data and design files: 1.) Data used to create each figure both in the main manuscript and the supplementary material in the zip-folder "Data presented in figures".<br> The data is provided in two formats:<br> I.) Raw data in freely accessible file formats such as .dat, .txt, or .csv.<br> II.) Graphically processed data (figures as shown in the publication) in the proprietary file format .opju. Used program: OriginPro 2019 2.) LTspice models in the zip-folder "LTspice models". The simulations were conducted with LTspice version XVII(x64). 3.) Altium Designer files of the current source in the zip-folder "Altium Designer files". 4.) Gerber X2 and NC drill files (dimensions in millimeters) for the manufacturing of the PCB that is used in our project in the zip-folder "Fabrication files". See the readme file in the directory for more information on the fabrication process. 5.) A bill of materials.
本数据集为论文《非局域自旋输运测量中的电荷诱导伪影:如何避免虚假电压信号》的配套科研数据。若使用本数据集的设计文件复刻电流源,且在测量过程中用到可调虚拟接地功能,请在任何使用该功能开展测量的研究成果中引用本团队的同行评审学术出版物。本次提供的数据与设计文件如下: 1. 主文稿及补充材料中所有图表对应的原始数据,存放于压缩文件夹"Data presented in figures"中。该数据包含两种格式: I. 采用通用开放格式存储的原始数据,如.dat、.txt或.csv格式。 II. 已完成图形化处理的图表数据(与论文刊发的图表一致),采用专有文件格式.opju,所用软件为OriginPro 2019。 2. LTspice仿真模型文件,存放于压缩文件夹"LTspice models"中。本次仿真使用的LTspice版本为XVII(x64)。 3. 电流源的Altium Designer设计文件,存放于压缩文件夹"Altium Designer files"中。 4. 本项目所用印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board, PCB)的制造文件,包含Gerber X2文件与NC数控钻孔文件(尺寸单位为毫米),存放于压缩文件夹"Fabrication files"中。详细制造流程说明请查阅该目录下的README文件。 5. 物料清单(Bill of Materials, BOM)。
