Fluorescence quenching of Sus1 in presence of acrylamide at different pH states.

The ratio of FI in the absence and presence of acrylamide at different concentration was plotted with the acrylamide concentration. Using this plot the Ksv and Kq were calculated.将不同浓度的丙烯酰胺存在与不存在条件下的荧光强度（Fluorescence Intensity, FI）比值与丙烯酰胺浓度进行作图。基于该作图曲线，可计算得到斯特恩-沃尔默淬灭常数（Stern-Volmer quenching constant, Ksv）与淬灭速率常数（quenching rate constant, Kq）。
