data of patients heart failure in sinus rhythm

A total of 264 patients were selected from patients with chronic heart failure in sinus rhythm hospitalized in Renmin Hospital from September 2016 to December 2018. All the patients were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of left ventricular intracardiac thrombosis. There were 212 patients without intracardiac thrombosis and 52 patients with intracardiac thrombosis. Univariate analysis was used to compare the general data, laboratory test results and echocardiographic results of the two groups. Factors that represented statistically significant differences between the two groups were further analysed by binary logistic regression to identify the risk factors for intracardiac thrombosis in patients with chronic heart failure in sinus rhythm.

共计264名慢性心房颤动住院患者，自2016年9月至2018年12月在人民医院接受治疗，被纳入本研究。根据患者是否存在左心室内膜血栓，所有患者被分为两组。其中，212名患者无内膜血栓，52名患者存在内膜血栓。通过单因素分析，对比了两组患者的基线资料、实验室检测结果和超声心动图结果。对两组间存在统计学差异的指标，进一步通过二元逻辑回归分析，旨在识别慢性心房颤动患者左心室内膜血栓形成的风险因素。
