POSTERS.SCIENCE POSTER CORPUS 2: CC-BY-4.0 LICENSED A bulk release of poster metadata from Posters.science (https://posters.science), a platform that makes scientific research posters Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) by extracting structured, standards-aligned metadata from deposited poster PDFs. The full corpus is released as five separate deposits, split by license, so that each deposit carries a license everything inside it can legitimately be shared under. This is Corpus 2 of 5. - Released under: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) - Records: 28,727 - Format: records.ndjson, one JSON record per line - Export date: 2026-08-13 WHAT IS IN THIS CORPUS This corpus contains posters licensed under CC-BY, in all its versions, and under the permissive software licenses MIT, Apache-2.0 and BSD. A small number carry the repository-provided metadata only, where the poster extracted metadata was not available. More details are available at https://docs.posters.science/docs/bulk-corpus.html. FILE FORMAT records.ndjson holds one JSON object per line. posterJson follows the Poster Schema we have established based on the DataCite Metadata schema and the InvenioRDM schema. Each line is a wrapper around one poster record. posterJson holds the record itself; the surrounding fields id, posterUrl, imageUrl, publishedAt, license and metadataOnly are added by this export and are not part of the Poster Schema. metadataOnly states which kind of record it is: false means the record carries poster extracted metadata, true means repository metadata only. imageUrl is present only where a thumbnail exists.
