## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset was supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and is presented here as originally supplied. \n\nThe metadata was not provided by the data supplier and has been compiled by the programme based on known details at the time of acquisition.\n\n\n\nThe following information was requested from NSW Department of Trade and Investment:\n\nSpatial information (maps, GIS layers, images) showing:\n\n\\* Xyz of footprints of underground and open cut from 1980 - 2012, updated once every 4 years (Olympic years), including details of rehabilitated areas if available\n\n\\* The z dimension (elevation) relative to sea level, i.e. the AHD reference\n\n\\*\t Mine water discharge volumes if available between 1980 and 2012, or until mine water pumping ceased, as available.\n\n\\*\tFor underground working, whether longwall or board and pillar mining was used, and if the latter, whether the pillars have been subsequently extracted\n\n\n\nThe following is a list of mines for which we are seeking data on in the Namoi\n\n\\* Boggabri\n\n\\* Canyon\n\n\\* Gunnedah Colliery underground mine\n\n\\* Narrabri underground mine (also referred to as Narrabri North)\n\n\\* Preston Extended\n\n\\* Rocglen\n\n\\* Sunnyside\n\n\\* Tarrawonga\n\n\\* Vickery\n\n\\* Werris Creek\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nNSW Department of Trade and Investment collects this information for monitoring purposes.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nHistory information was not provided with the dataset.\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nNSW Trade and Investment (2015) Historical Mining Footprints DTIRIS NAM 20150914. 我们曾向新南威尔士州贸易与投资部（NSW Department of Trade and Investment）申请以下空间信息（含地图、地理信息系统（GIS）图层、影像）：

- 1980年至2012年间地下及露天开采矿区的三维空间坐标（Xyz），每4年（即奥运年）更新一次；若有相关记录，需包含修复区域的详细信息
- 相对于海平面的Z轴维度（海拔高度），即澳大利亚高程基准（Australian Height Datum，简称AHD）
- 1980年至2012年间（或直至矿井抽水作业停止时，如有相关数据）的矿井排水量
- 针对地下开采作业，需明确采用长壁开采（longwall）还是房柱式开采（board and pillar）；若采用房柱式开采，还需说明后续是否对矿柱进行了回采
