A collection of whole-tumor scRNA-seq for 7 human basal cell carcinoma (BCC) samples. The data are provided as a Seurat object in .rds file. Count matrices for these samples are available from GEO under accession number GSE181907.Cell type annotation and identification of malignant cells were performed as described in [Yerly et al.
