Direct arterial blood pressure and heart rate data measured in anaesthetised red deer during two different seasons

The data set includes 4 CSV files. The files contains systolic (File 1), mean (File 2) and diastolic (File 3) arterial blood pressure as well as heart rate (File 4) values measured in anaesthetised red deer (Cervus elaphus) during two different seasons (summer vs winter) and dietary treatments (ad libitum and restricted feed and supplementation with omega-3 or omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA type)). The red deer hinds were anaesthetised with medetomidine-tiletamine-zolazepam and digital recording of these measurements started from 25 minutes after anaesthesia induction and was performed for 30 minutes in intervals of 15 seconds. Rumen temperature was measured every 3 minutes via a rumen logger and averaged on the day of the anaesthesia. Baseline heart rate were continuously measured by the same rumen logger. These measurements were averaged daily within individuals over a time window of one week before immobilisations took place.

本数据集包含4个CSV格式文件。其中文件1记录收缩压、文件2记录平均动脉压、文件3记录舒张压，文件4记录心率，所有实测数据均采集自麻醉状态下的马鹿（Cervus elaphus）母鹿。实验覆盖夏季与冬季两个季节，并设置四类日粮处理方案：自由采食、限饲，以及分别补充ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸（polyunsaturated fatty acid, PUFA）或ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸的日粮组别。实验所用马鹿母鹿采用美托咪定-替来他明-唑拉西泮进行麻醉，数字化数据采集于麻醉诱导后25分钟启动，以15秒为采样间隔连续采集30分钟。瘤胃温度通过瘤胃记录仪每3分钟采集一次，并于麻醉当日计算平均值。基础心率由同一台瘤胃记录仪持续采集，并在动物实施保定前的一周时间窗口内，按个体对每日采集的测量数据取平均值。
