LINC01419 role as HCV induced HCC

LINC01419 showed upregulation in the HCC cell lines than the PHH. In particular, LINC01419 was confirmed to have high expression in Huh7.5, which has high HCV infectivity. LINC01419-silenced Huh7.5 significantly inhibited of cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. In vivo, we performed LINC01419 silencing by siRNA in the xenograft model. These results showed that the tumor weight and growth were suppressed in the LINC01419 downregulated group. Overall design: To investigate the LINC01419 function in HCV induced HCC we analyzed Huh7.5 cell lines which LINC010419 gene has been knocked down by siRNA.
