Gender Role Beliefs and Entrepreneurial Intention Among Adolescents: The Mediating Role of Personal Skills

This project investigates how traditional gender role beliefs affect entrepreneurial intention among Mexican adolescents. It analyzes the mediating role of personal skills such as creativity, proactivity, risk aversion, and internal locus of control using a structural equation modeling approach.
