The raw data and code of SKCM.

The SKCM_TCGA.tpm.txt was raw data of SKCM from TCGA database. The Skin_GTEx.tpm.txt was raw data of normal skin tissue from GTEx database. The code_SKCM.R was the code of research. <br>`SKCM_TCGA.tpm.txt` 为来源于癌症基因组图谱（The Cancer Genome Atlas, TCGA）数据库的皮肤黑色素瘤（SKCM）原始数据；`Skin_GTEx.tpm.txt` 为来源于基因型组织表达（Genotype-Tissue Expression, GTEx）数据库的正常皮肤组织原始数据；`code_SKCM.R` 为本研究所用的分析代码。
