Management of starting feedstock material to obtain suppressive compost. Deeping on microbiological characteristics and the relationship with chemical composition during composting process

The composition of microbial communities is determined by the constant change in the physicochemical parameters (pH, CE, N. C, C/N and Tª). The study explored the dynamics of bacterial and fungal communities during agro-industrial wastes composting using high throughput sequencing technology. The relationships between physicochemical parameters and microbial community composition and abundance were also evaluated.In addition, it was shown that microorganisms showed a biocontrol effect.
