AMR Allele Annotations BMC Data Note

List of the AMR (antimicrobial resistance) alleles detected in cat fecal microbiomes using Hi-C proximity ligation in combination with shotgun sequencing. This spreadsheet is part of a dataset that was submitted to BMC Research Notes as a Data Note. The genomic data (Hi-C sequences, metagenome assembly contigs, and MAGs) is also part of this dataset and is available from NCBI.本数据集为通过Hi-C邻近连接结合鸟枪测序技术，在猫粪便微生物组中检测得到的抗菌耐药性（antimicrobial resistance, AMR）等位基因列表。本电子表格属于以数据快报（Data Note）形式提交至《BMC Research Notes》的数据集的组成部分。配套基因组数据包含Hi-C测序序列、宏基因组组装重叠群以及宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genomes, MAGs），同样隶属于本数据集，可从美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）获取。
